Meet our team:
Pat Blair is the owner of Harborview Development and has been in the construction, finance and building materials trade for over 25 years. He is a licensed Unrestricted Construction Supervisor and licensed Home Improvement Contractor in Massachusetts. Pat has an Executive MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BS in Business from Syracuse University.
His vast experience managing all facets of the building process including land acquisition, project management, construction financing, budgeting, scheduling and trade management, has helped make each project a success.
Pat grew up in Duxbury, and has lived in Hingham for 20 years. Having spent almost his whole life in the South Shore, he has developed an in depth knowledge of the local housing inventory/ real estate market, architecture and character of the region, and this is reflected in the design of each project.

Kristen Wright joined Harborview Development in 2016 to oversee the Interior Design of all projects. Kristen's 10+ years experience in the Interior Design field, her Bachelor of Arts degree from Suffolk University, and a lifelong interest in Real Estate make her a perfect addition to the team.
Kristen grew up in Concord, MA and has lived in Quincy for four years. She has proudly adopted the South Shore as her new home. Some of her favorite things about living on the South Shore are the proximity to the beach and easy access to Boston - especially via the Hingham Commuter Ferry as well as the shops and restaurants at Derby Street and the Hingham Shipyard.
